Field Trips planned for 2014-2015

Join us at Stonewall Kitchen Cooking School !

Learn all about roasting and how to get the most flavors out of your ingredients.  Here is the amazing menu we will learn to make:

·         Lobster, Roasted Corn and Bacon Chowder

·         Brined, Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Pan Sauce

·         Roasted Fall Vegetable Risotto

·         Roasted Mushrooms with Pine Nuts and Thyme

·         Warm Berry Crisp with Fresh Whipped Cream

We will arrange car pools for the trip, which should take about one hour and twenty minutes.  We will plan on a 9:30 a.m. sharp departure from the Hollis Social Library (so we have time to browse the store, go to the bathroom, etc.) and return to Hollis by about 2:30 p.m.

Annual Holiday Bus Trip to NYC!

Saturday, Dec 13th 6am - 11pm (approx.)
Come and see the Big Apple dressed up for the holidays! Your itinerary for the day is your own, but there is plenty of time to sightsee, catch a matinee, or shop till you drop!

We leave the Tyngsboro Park and Ride at 6am, and depart NYC at 7pm for the return trip via a luxury coach bus.

Cost is $70 each and includes a map and guidebook!
