An Elegant Fall Evening
Twenty-six members and guests gathered on November 7th for our first event of the season.
On the menu:
• Selected cheeses, smoked sausages, cured meats and fruits
• Spinach salad with cranberries and pumpkin seeds
• Classic Sauerbraten served with egg noodles
• Roasted butternut squash with sage and cranberries
• Pear tart
Thank you, Carol Hanover and Martha Smith for opening your homes to us.
Our annual holiday gathering will be held at 6:30 in the evening on December 19th. Members and guests will meet at one home to share appetizers, desserts and holiday cheer.
